To place your order, select the quantity of boxes or vials you would like and enter your prescription information. The prescription information can be found on the prescription form provided by your doctor or on your current contact lens box or vial.

Unsure of your contact lens prescription or if it has expired?
You can still place your order. If your prescription is not valid, your order will be stopped before any charge is made to your credit card and we will notify you so that you can contact your eye doctor.

You can also scan and email it with your order #. If you do not have a copy, we'll contact your eye doctor to confirm your prescription.
