Follow the recommended wearing schedule set by your eye doctor.
Keep your eyes lubricated by using a rewetting solution or plain saline solution.
Always keep a pair of eyeglasses on hand with your current prescription.
Wearing sunglasses with total UV protection will protect your eyes from the sensitivity to sunlight caused by contact lenses.
Insert your contact lenses before applying makeup to avoid contamination.
Do not sleep with your contacts unless you were prescribed extended wear. contacts.
Doing so may deprive your eyes of healthy amounts of oxygen.
Visit your eye doctor immediately if you have sudden vision loss, persistent blurred vision, light flashes, eye pain, infection, swelling, unusual redness, severe itching or irritation.

Avoid rubbing your eyes when your contact lenses are inserted.
Clean and store your contact lenses in a clean case in fresh solution as prescribed
Don’t let the tip of solutions bottles touch other surfaces including fingers and eyes.
Never use plain water directly on your contact lenses or put them in your mouth to “rinse” them.
Clean your contacts by rubbing them gently with your index finger and palm of your hand.
If you develop an eye infection, remove and discontinue use of your contacts until you talk to your eye doctor.
